The pronunciation of haute couture ?

New Post (166) : The pronunciation of haute couture ?

The French word haute sounds like "oat" (the H is silent), and then koo-toor.

Say it……… (yea)……..(you got it)…….(that was quick)……..

The term is pronounced in many different ways, as it is a French term but often spoken in English context.

A certain French man by the name of Mr.Sarkozy (sir crazee) took it upon himself “un-provoked” and “un-invited”, to appoint himself as the tutor for haute couture to the Libyan people.
~~~Whether the Libyan’s like it or not is “entirely” their problem.
He is dressing the Libyan’s down first (in order) to (then) dress them up.
~~~Whether the Libyan’s like it or not is their problem “only”.

His idea of hi-fashion is almost certainly not suited to an Arab north-Africa.
His lesson in hi-fashion (“the aerial bomber-sortie of fashion”) is taking lives. Libyan lives.
He (sir crazee) cares ? ? ? No. No. No.

To my vintner friends in (southern) France I have this to say. When those “killed” in Libya are finally counted --- remember who started “this moronic, maniacal, madness of war mongering” against Libya. ...........Vote him out.

Tunisia and Egypt may have been practice matches. This one is the real game. The bigger games (yet to come) will be a ………. “Humbling Challenge”.

Everyone can see that. Except this one (sir crazee) man “who lives in a palace”.
