New Post (62) : Privatize courts, Outsource justice.
"Privatization" and "Outsourcing" are the 2 mantras that anyone in Govt and/or business would swear by.
The courts are inundated by cases. Swamped over. Flooded by a surging backlog of cases.
Justice delayed is a crime unto itself.
Fiction may "surprise". But, the facts on the dispensation of justice are simply "shocking" !
So why not---do the obvious. Privatize and outsource.
